Palestinian Journalist Assassinated by Israeli Drone Strike in Gaza Hospital

Gaza City, Gaza Strip – In a shocking and outrageous incident, Palestinian journalist Mamdouh Ibrahim Quneitah was assassinated by Israeli occupation forces with a drone strike inside the Alamadani Hospital in Gaza.

According to eyewitnesses, Quneitah, who worked as an editor for Al-Aqsa TV, was targeted by an Israeli quadcopter drone while he was inside the hospital. The drone strike hit Quneitah in the head, causing fatal injuries.

The incident has sparked widespread condemnation and outrage from Palestinian leaders, journalists, and human rights organizations, who have denounced the Israeli occupation forces’ blatant disregard for human life and international law.

“This heinous crime is a clear example of Israel’s policy of targeting Palestinian journalists and media workers,” said a spokesperson for the Palestinian Journalists’ Syndicate. “We demand that the international community take immediate action to hold Israel accountable for its crimes and to protect Palestinian journalists.”

Quneitah’s assassination is the latest in a long series of Israeli attacks on Palestinian journalists and media outlets. In recent years, numerous Palestinian journalists have been killed, injured, or detained by Israeli forces while covering protests, demonstrations, and other events in the occupied territories.

The international community has condemned the incident, with many calling for an independent investigation into Quneitah’s assassination and for those responsible to be held accountable.
